HELLO Vivian.. or shall say VIV,The Vivs,Vivianna France, Princess ViV the 3rd… you have so many nick names. what are some and why?
V, Vivie, Vivs, Viv, The Vivs….all shortened versions of my full name. A lot of people call me The Vivs though, thanks to Chuck from A’Pexi, kinda just stuck.
I always thought you were from a far off city near Egypt… Where are you originally from and where do you reside now?
I was born and raised in Orange County. I was an “ugly duckling”-tomboy-nerd growing up and some how grew out of it. I went through high school, did some partying and a whole lot of studying, recently graduated UCR.
Didn’t you recently graduate from school? What did you major in? Is school important and why?
Yes, I did. I double majored Psych and Bio, nerdy I know. I think formal education is extremely important, not only for employment opportunities but it has a large impact on social interactions and behavior.
What does “The Vivs” like to eat?
Vietnamese food of course!! I really also like Japanese ramen and curry.
What got you into modeling?
I use to be the fat, chubby, awkward, ugly duckling in my family who got teased and picked on. When I grew out of it I wanted to prove to myself I could do it. Read my first issue of Import Tuner when I was 14 and the rest is history.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are some of your life goals?
Having a career as a Physician Assistant, while still doing some side work related to the motorsports industry whether it be PR, marketing or managing spokesmodels. I can’t imagine my life without cars and racing. I would like to travel, get married and have a family. It’s not anything extremely out there but it’s enough for me.
Do you travel a lot? What are some of your favorite places?
I haven’t had the opportunity to travel a lot until recently with Hankook Tire for Formula D because of my crazy school schedule. But definitely in the near future I would like to travel a lot more for vacation and work. Japan is on the top of my list, a few places in Asia and a whole lot of Europe.
Do you work out?? Got any tips for us fat boys?
I’m genetically blessed so not any crazy work outs but I do like to stay fit and toned. Yoga has helped me a lot with tone, strength training and flexibility. I love ab and booty work outs. Oh and there’s nothing wrong with a little cushion for the pushin!!! As long as you are happy and confident with your body.
So you are a Hankook girl this year. How is that experience treating you?
Yes, I am. It has been an awesome experience so far with the girls and the crew. I couldn’t have asked for a better group or company to work with. Lots of hard work but also lots of fun.
What does The Vivs do for fun? Does she RAGE!?!? Or are you a chill out and read a book type?
The Vivs enjoys a good rager once in a blue moon….but really I prefer to stay in watch a movie, read a book, take my dogs out, grab dinner with friends. I like to keep it low key.
I hear you like cars and working on them? What kind of car do you own and what are your plans for it?
Yes! I don’t mind getting my hands dirty and learning. I have a Subaru Impreza, nothing super crazy, but it’s been a good car to me and I like the fact that it’s not a typical girl car. Planning on doing some work to it now that I’m done with school, it’s an automatic so probably just suspension, wheels, and exhaust.
Are you single or taken? What do you look for in the perfect person?? ((FLEXING))
I plead the fifth! I don’t put my personal or family life out there, out of consideration and respect for their privacy. Just one of my rules I’ve always stuck with. As for what I look for in the perfect person…someone who can make me laugh and smile, down to earth, and a gentlemen….oh and “No pecs, no sex. No curls, no girls” -FilthieRich LOL
What are some of the craziest things that you have ever done? oh dooo tell !!
Wake up at 3am to go to the track, sleep on the back bench in a truck, roll out in my PJs and get ready in a rig…oh wait that’s normal for me.
Do you have any special talents you’d like to share?
Dog whisperer!! I can pretty much win over any dog, maybe it’s because I like animals more so than people. lol
What do you think of the concept Models in the Trunk?
Ummm….it didn’t work out to well….roll cage kind of got in the way.
What kind of music do are you into? Unce unce unce
Little bit of everything depending on my mood but EDM and Ed Sheeran (most people will have no idea who he)
Got Any advice for young models out there starting up?
Don’t be a diva. No one likes them. And no, you are not cool for being a high maintenance breezy. Do what you’re comfortable with and don’t sell yourself short.
Is there anything else you would like to talk about yourself?
I’m a plain jane, jeans and t-shirt kind of girl.
I want to give a big thank you to A’Pexi USA, they have been a second family to me and if it wasn’t for them I don’t know where I’d be. To Kesspek, Tram Tran, everyone from Dynamic Autosports/Gruppe-S, Genius Tools, Hankook Tire USA, Formula D and their amazing staff, and the guys who always make me laugh and smile from City Tire Online.
Last but not least Jacob Leveton, Randy, Morgan, J.P. Cao, and the guys at BLK Diamond!!
