What a tough morning to wake up to, a best friend’s wedding Saturday and a car-show Sunday; all on 4 hours of sleep.
I was not entirely 100% awake to go but I’m glad I did to the 11th Annual Motor4Toys event.
Props to Dustin Troyan and all the great volunteers and sponsors that make this annual event possible.
Thanks to: Fiat North America, The Auto Gallery and Coastline Motorsport.
Supporting sponsors carrying on the tradition this year included: HRE Performance Wheels, Driven World Magazine, & Connected Media Group.
As last years event was following a tragic loss in the automotive community; the moodset this year was much lighter and happier. It was the largest Toys4Tots event yet.
Quite a few notable cars were visible in the lot,
From the 6 Million Dollar photo of 3 Bugatti’s parked adjacent to another; and the Koenigsegg parked in the center, there were quite a few rare cars there; There was even a Lotus Carlton and a RS200 in the crowd. Another rare sight was the stock MK4 Supra just taking a rest in the parking lot. But alas as I was about to stroll out I saw a 993 GT2 Cup car; that car (oil cooled cup cars)are what ignited the Rauhwelt body kits base design.
Overall, a really great carshow, and it was held for an even better cause, to raise money and toys for the needy children this holiday season.
